Technical diving fundamentals
PADI Tec Basic course, as the name says, focuses on technical diving fundamentals, orientation to new dive equipment, technical diving skills and techniques. Tec Basic is optional level, but highly recommended, that can help explore new equipment configuration and refine foundational skills before moving on to PADI Tec 40 Diver course.
PADI Tec Basics is designed for divers who want to get experience and develop skills with technical diving equipment while focusing on their buoyancy and trim.
This course is also useful for already certified technical divers who may need a refresher or an orientation to a new technical diving equipment.
To enrol onto PADI Tec Basics course, you have to meet following requirements:
- PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
- PADI Rescue Diver (recommended)
- PADI Enriched Air Diver (or equivalent)
